Nikyokan offers special training, workshops or intensive activities that allow the community to make a one time approach to different traditional Japanese arts.
Come and discover the traditional sounds of Japan with Fukuhara Tsuruaki. During the Workshop you will learn the technique and apply it in the interpretation of a musical piece.
Meet the tradition of the Koto (traditional Japanese stringed instrument), its basic instrumental techniques and musical interpretation.
We propose you to venture into Japanese dance, starting with its traditional clothing, the yukata. In addition, you will learn the posture and basic dance movements to be able to join the typical participatory dance pieces or Ondo in the japanese festivals.
